Bio: Wendy K. Lancaster completed her undergraduate degree at Arizona State University in 1990. Wendy obtained her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of San Diego in 1993. Since being admitted to practice law in Arizona in 1993, Wendy practices family law in Maricopa, Pinal and Yavapai Counties, where she has gained extensive domestic relations trial experience. Wendy’s practice emphasis is high conflict custody cases, which involve issues of abuse, parental alienation, in loco parentis and UCCJEA. In 2003, Wendy was honored as one of Arizona’s Top Fifty Pro Bono Attorneys by the Arizona Foundation for Legal Services. Wendy is a current member of the Family Law Sections of the Maricopa County Bar Association and State Bar of Arizona, Volunteer Lawyers Program, Association of Family and Conciliation Courts and the Arizona Women’s Lawyers Association. Wendy completed Justice of the Peace Tempore training and served as a Justice of the Peace Pro Tem for Maricopa County in 1997 and 1998. Wendy enjoys music, art, theater, sports, reading and travel. She lives in Peoria with her husband and two children which, besides her faith, she values most.
