Kelly Peralta

Kelly has extensive experience in domestic relations law, adoptions, and probate, and also has experience in criminal defense, civil litigation, and contract dispute. Kelly graduated from Arizona State University College of Law. After law school, Kelly was a Staff Attorney for the Hawaii State Senate Minority Caucus and also had her own law office in Hawaii. Kelly opened a second office of Peralta & Associates, LLC, in Phoenix, Arizona and, in April, 2008, merged her practice with Curry, Pearson & Wooten, PLC. The firm is rated "AV" through Martindale Hubbell.
Kelly holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Arizona State University. Her thesis encompassed a year-long quantitative analysis involving issues of parental alienation, which has since been cited as a reference by the Canadian Department of Justice. Kelly has also gained invaluable practical experience through her work on two separate United States Supreme Court Briefs on the Merits and her attendance at both oral arguments in Washington, D.C.
Kelly deals with all family law matters including divorce, custody, paternity, support, and guardianships as well as probate and adoption matters. She is licensed to practice in all Arizona Courts and Federal Court. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, reading, and relaxing with good friends at a Diamondbacks baseball game.
