Does Arizona have any special or simplified procedures?

A: Acceptance and waiver of service of the Petition is allowed. Arizona law expressly encourages agreements that set forth property disposition, custody and support matters. If the parties can agree on all matters, those agreements can be submitted to the court without ever having to appear at court.
