Three Arrested for Burglary in Gilbert after Tip

Adam Staeden, 21, of Gilbert, Brandon Sneddon, 22, of Mesa, and a 16-year-old suspect were arrested on August 30th in connection with a local burglary. The three were picked up by police after one of them was identified from security camera tapes and police photographs. The tip was called in by a Parks and Recreation Department worker, who recognized the suspect at a local skate park.

The burglary took place at Walgreens on E. Guadalupe Road on August 25th. A window pane was broken in the front window and cigarettes were stolen. No one was found in the building when police arrived, but security cameras did show the burglars at work. It's estimated that the total damage amounted to $270.

All three were charged with criminal damage and third-degree burglary in Gilbert. The name of the minor was not released.
