Arrest Made after Tucson Road-Rage Death

An Arizona man was killed after an incident on a busy Tucson street on August 1, 2011, and an arrest was made the next day. According to police reports, 24-year-old Andres Fernando Buelna and 50-year-old Benny Alvarez Casarez Jr. were involved in a road-rage fight in Tucson that ended in a local parking lot. Buelna allegedly shot at Casarez several times in the parking lot, hitting him with at least one of the shots. Casarez was found bleeding in the parking lot by police. He died not long after.
