Jesus Antonio Busso-Estopellan, 21, of Mesa, has been accused of the murder of two Mesa men. According to authorities, Busso-Estopellan told police that he had plotted the murder of 19-year-old Olek Wladyszewski after a previous marijuana deal. He also admitted to killing Tyler Webster, 18, because he feared being identified.

He allegedly shot both men in their car when they met Busso-Estopellan for a drug deal in east Mesa. Wladyszewski was shot once, and Webster was shot at least twice. Busso-Estopellan allegedly drove by the victims' vehicle after the shooting to be sure both men were dead. When police did take Busso-Estopellan into custody, a bag containing pills was found in his vehicle.

According to information Busso-Estopellan gave detectives, this was his second meeting with Wladyszewski. During the first meeting, Busso-Estopellan cancelled the deal when he saw Wladyszewski had arrived with a second person in the vehicle.

This is not the first time Busso-Estopellan has been arrested for drugs in Arizona. Although he has no history of arrests for violent crimes, he has been arrested for possession of marijuana, driving under the influence, and drug paraphernalia charges. Authorities say that Busso-Estopellan is in the U.S. illegally. Both victims also had a history of drug-related offenses in Arizona.
