Robert completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Oklahoma. He also holds a Juris Doctorate degree from the Stetson University College of Law. He is licensed to practice law in two states, Florida and Arizona.

Mr. Wooten has extensive criminal litigation experience. Robert handles matters including complex criminal cases to misdemeanor cases as well as general litigation experience. He has handled high profile criminal cases in the state of Arizona. Robert is currently a partner at Curry, Pearson & Wooten, PLC. The firm is rated ”AV” by Martindale Hubbell.

Robert enjoys traveling, sports and music but most of all, spending time with his family while on the road attending rodeos throughout Arizona, Oklahoma, Texas and California. Robert trains horses and enjoys the rodeo sport of roping. In April of 2002, he was honored by having his picture on the cover of the Arizona Attorney magazine entitled Lawyers under Western Skies. In addition, he was the feature story on Fox 10 Sports as the Attorney who practices law by day and rodeos by night and on the weekends. Although born and raised in Oklahoma, he has resided in Arizona since 1998.

Robert has worked as a Division Order Analyst for the Amoco Oil Corporation in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This was his first job before moving to Florida and attending law school. In addition, he has worked for law firms specializing in medical malpractice, employment law, and criminal law.
