Since 2014, Jack has committed himself to the practice of family law. He continues to handle contested and uncontested dissolution and legal separations; establish, modify and enforce legal decision making and parenting time orders; establish, modify, and enforce child support and medical expenses; modify and enforce spousal support orders; petition for child(ren) relocations; and establish third party’s rights. In addition, Jack assists with challenging improperly obtained divorce decrees and terminate past child support amounts.
Jack is keenly aware of the financial and emotional toll dissolution or child custody matter can have on a person. While he strongly advocates for all, he is committed to teaching each person about what is occurring in and outside of the courtroom. Jack has found that educating each person about the law and what the court expects helps him or her have a better understanding of what he/she is agreeing or disagreeing to and how the decision will affect future decisions.
Jack is licensed to practice in all Arizona Courts.
When he is not practicing, Jack enjoys spending time with his wife and son. He is an alumni of the Arizona State University and avid Sun Devil fan. He also prides himself on working with the community through preparing high school students for their PSAT, ACT, and SAT exams and is a coach for a local high school mock trial team.
