Divorce and Custody Lawyer

Beginning in law school, Jack committed himself to the practice of family law.  He continues to handle contested and uncontested dissolution and legal separations; establish, modify and enforce legal decision making and parenting time orders; establish, modify, and enforce child support and medical expenses; modify and enforce spousal support orders; petition for child(ren) relocations; and establish third party’s rights.  Between his experience as a bailiff to a Maricopa County Superior Court Judge and numerous appearances in court for evidentiary hearings and trials, Jack is comfortable and professional in and outside of the courtroom.

He is also keenly aware of the financial and emotional toll a dissolution or child custody matter can have on a person.  While he strongly advocates for all, he is committed to educating each person about what is occurring in and outside of the courtroom.  Jack has found that this approach helps his client have a better understanding of law, their legal rights, and the potential outcomes.

More importantly, Jack understands that for each person there is life after their divorce. That is why he commits himself to asking the most basic question: What do you want to do next? From there he works with each person to align the goals of their divorce with the goals of their future.

When he is not practicing, Jack enjoys spending time with his wife and son.  He is an alumni of the Arizona State University and avid Sun Devil fan.  He also prides himself on working with the community through preparing high school students for their PSAT, ACT, and SAT exams and is a coach for a local high school mock trial team.
